winbaj Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between winbaj ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "user"). winbaj is an online betting and casino platform providing services to the Bangladeshi market.

These terms may be changed or updated from time to time. The updated date will be published after each change. Continued use of the winbaj platform will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. winbaj uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures as a safe and fair play platform.

1.2 Language

The original version of these terms is written in Bengali and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and participate in any game on the winbaj platform, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is a clear violation of winbaj's terms and conditions. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. winbaj reserves the right to initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method

Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on winbaj is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if the verification process is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals will always be processed using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Failed Transactions

If a deposit fails for any reason, the relevant amount will be returned to your original account. winbaj does not accept liability for any failed transaction if the cause of failure lies within the payment provider's system.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 15 before earnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• winbaj reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Eligibility for bonuses will be determined solely by winbaj.
• winbaj reserves the right to change or cancel all bonus offers at any time.

5 VIP Program

The winbaj VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback benefit of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback benefit of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback benefit of up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform. winbaj reserves the right to change the details of the VIP program at any time.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform's software or systems
• Using bots, automated software or any other artificial means
• Misusing bonus benefits or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means
• Attempting to collect or access another user's account information
• Harassing or intimidating other users of the platform

6.2 Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is claimed unfairly or fraudulently, winbaj reserves the right to claim full compensation and the relevant user's account will be permanently closed.

7 Data Privacy and Security

winbaj gives the highest priority to the security of your personal information. We keep all your data protected using SSL encryption technology. Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where there is a legal obligation to do so.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Delayed transactions due to failure of a third-party payment provider
• Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
• Game disruption due to unexpected technical faults

However, where a clear fault on the part of winbaj is proven, the matter of compensation will be considered.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, any available balance must be withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal rules.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by winbaj

If any provision of these terms is violated or suspicious activity is detected, winbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice.
